Heard in the legal circles that Chief Justice of MP High Court Justice Suresh Kumar Kait may move to the Supreme Court next month. “It will be touch and go” for Justice Kait, the judicial circles said.  If any woman is selected Justice Sunita Agarwal, presently serving as Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court, and senior-most woman judge in India may be chosen. The Collegium of the SC is expected only this month end or early next month. One can wait and watch.
